Ahmedabad: An eight-year-old boy Dhruv Raja was playing with his sister outside the G Block of Orchid Elegance when a truck carrying construction material ran over him. Police is clueless about the absconding truck driver. After repeated complaints of parents, police has failed to take legal steps against builder and truck driver. Therefore, frantic kin have launched an online petition for justice.
