After selling thousands of pumps online, Pumpkart.com, a Chandigarh based company has opened its first offline store at Industrial Area, Chandigarh. Pumpkart is working in stages, the first one was to open an online portal and the next is to open offline stores. In addition to this pumpkart have plans to increase its product portfolio and expanding retail network by opening more company owned stores at major Indian cities. It has also launched marketplace and shopping application. The company has taken this decision to increase its growth rate by reaching to more buyers and sellers.
