Hello beauties! I'm super excited that my mom is in my video today helping me make some easy, healthy, weight watchers' friendly recipes! My mom is a HUGE fan of weight watchers and continues to inspire and support me in my weight loss journey. Isn't she cute? In other news, I had another great check in with my coach who offered up great words of wisdom and advice. I think I might be breaking out of this plateau soon.
