| Unilever Food Solutions ‘Chef of the Year 2014’ was a colourful and vibrant event that pushed and challenged a variety of talented South African chefs. Not only were they expected to create a delicious dish, these chefs were tasked with coming up with innovative menu ideas, unique confectionary and were also required to work smoothly as a team. From daringly designed cakes to scrumptious meals, the competition was a real treat for the senses. Unilever Food Solutions provided a variety of products for the chefs to use which had to be included in their dishes. Innovative and artistic, the winners of the Unilever Food Solutions ‘Chef of the Year 2014’ competition have set new standards for catering and food services across the country.
