Surat : Police have arrested Jainish Patel and his brother Hemal Patel, prime accused of Gujarat Technological University (GTU) answer book leak scam and have started interrogation. The duo used to bring the answer books out of the strong room for two hours in the night to allow students to write their answers. For each answer book, they used to charge approximately Rs 40,000 from the students. The answer books were kept back in the strong room after the students had written the answers.
