Mumbai: Amid reports of a rift between the ruling parties in Maharashtra, Shiv Sena chief Uddhav Thackeraysaid there are no differences with the Bharatiya Janata Party and they are only working towards fulfilling their electoral promises. Thackeray was addressing a gathering on the sidelines of inaugurating Shiv Arogya Telemedicine Service for patients in remote areas of the state.
