Gandhinagar: Embattled chairman of Mehsana-based Dudhsagar Dairy's Vipul Chaudhary has got two-day relief to respond to the notice in the alleged Rs 1200 crore scam. Vipul Chaudhary's lawyer gave reason of filing leave petition before division bench of the high court and sought week's time after which he got breather of two days.
