A passenger plane with 58 people on board plunged into a river outside Taiwan's capital Taipei. br br It's believed more than 50 people were onboard at the time, and a number of people have reportedly been injured. br br Dramatic images and video has already surfaced online purporting to show the plane ditching in the river.
