Randy Dunnett first started coaching baseball when he was at Jack Perconte Sports, where he was a baseball instructor for four years. Then in 2004 he seized the opportunity to become the pitching coach for the team he once played for, the Windy City Thunderbolts. The next year he went on to found the Finish Strong Indoor Sportsplex in suburban Chicago.
