Make some healthy fruit snacks for your kids or guests with this delicious SheKnows food how-to!br br br br br br br br Ingredients:br • 1 34 cups Organic Strawberry br • 34 cup Lemon Juice, freshly squeezedbr • 2 tbsp. honeybr • 14 cup Unflavored Gelatinbr Instructions:br 1. Combine strawberry and lemon juice, and honey in a blender and pureebr 2. Strain the mixture to remove seedsbr 3. Pour the mixture into a nonstick saucepan, sprinkle the gelatin overtop and let it sit for 5 minutes. br 4. Wisk out any large gelatin lumpsbr 5. Bring to a boil while constantly stirring br 6. Remove from heat once it has boiled for 30 secondsbr 7. Let the mixture sit for a few minutes so the foambubbles have a chance to go away, br 8. Scoop the mixture into your molds of choice br 9. Let the molds cool on the counter for about an hour, br 10. Then place them in the fridge. Refrigerate until firm.br 11.
