Preheat oven to 350 degrees F and grease a 9-inch square baking dish. In a bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, allspice, baking soda and salt. In a second bowl, whisk together applesauce, water, vegetable oil and vinegar. Add applesauce mixture to dry ingredients and stir until just blended. Gently fold in blueberries and white chocolate.br br 2. Pour batter into prepared baking dish. Bake 35 minutes or until cake is cooked through and a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
