Ahmedabad: A Patni family in Naroda area of the city lost Rs.6 lakh on pretext of affordable house under government's AWAS scheme. The family has filed complaint against Arvind Patel who furnished fake documents and gave promise to allot them a house at river front. Police has initiated investigation to nab the accused Arvind Patel who is absconding with his entire family after Patni family's complaint before police.
