Paneer Tikkas is one of the best paneer recipe that can be served as starter or as an accompaniment. br br Ingredients br br - 1cup hung curd br - 1tbsp roasted gram flour br - 1tbsp ginger and garlic paste br - 1tsp red chili powder br - 1tsp garam masala br - ½ tsp turmeric powder br - ¼ tsp roasted carom seeds (ajwain) br - ½ tsp kasoori methi powder br - salt to taste br - ½ lemon juice br - 1tbsp oil br - 200g paneer (cottage cheese) br - 1 large green bell pepper & onion br - chaat masala for sprinkle br br Method br br For roasted gram flour br br - Melt 2tbsp of butter in a pan and add 1tbsp of gram flour. Roast until get nice nutty flavor. br br For Paneer tikka br br - in a mixing bowl, take the hung curd and all spices roasted gram flour, ginger and garlic paste, red chili powder, garam masala, turmeric powder, roasted carom seeds, kasoori methi, lemon and salt to taste br - mix the spices with the hung curd br - add oil and mix well br - add paneer, bell pepper and onion to the marinade br - marinate for at least 2 hours in the refrigerator br - skewer the tikkas for shallow fry br - take a non-stick pan, tawa, or grill pan.
