Ahmedabad: Now, the owners of new vehicles would not receive the keys unless the high security registration plates (HSRP) have been fitted on it. The responsibility for the same would be the dealers henceforth. Only after the HSRP has been ensured would the dealers deliver the vehicles to the owners.
