Footage emerges of Three Los Angeles Police Officers shooting a homeless man dead. The video shows a brief struggle with the man whom witnesses claimed struggled with mental illness before reportedly 5 shots were fired. The video comes in the wake of several fatal shootings by U.S. police officers including a recent L.A. shooting last August which ignited city wide demonstrations.
