Ahmedabad: First time over the last decade, state has witnessed 10-15 per cent drop in price of paper. While, 200 rise is seen in textbook prices despite fall out in paper price. Officials of Gujarat State School Textbook Board are unsure about the effect on textbook prices. Now, parents and students are expecting government to take steps in the interest of middle-class people.
