pThick black smoke was seen rising into the sky in the small Surrey town of Weybridge after residents reported an explosiona near the St Georges Primary School. Drivers are advised to avoid the area and parents collecting their children from schools are being told to walk in. Early reports did not make clear whether there were any casualties but schoolchildren were seen leaving the building.
