Surat: Diamonds worth Rs 3 crore which were allegedly stolen from a city-based export firm have been recovered with the arrest of two persons. During probe, it came to light that the kingpin Sagar Ramesh Kapuriya was planning heist since a year and then executed it with accomplices.
