How to make Tambda Rassa - Kolhapuri Style Spicy Chicken Curry - Recipe by Archana in Marathi

Tambda Rassa is an authentic Kolhapuri non vegetarian red curry dish made with Chicken and lot of aromatic spices. Tambda Rassa Kombdi Rassa is very popular all over Maharashtra. Our chef Archana, brings you the delightful recipe which is very simple and quick! br Ingredients: br br 400 gms Chicken br 1 Tomato, chopped br 1 tbsp Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder br 1 tbsp Mix Masala br 1 tsp Coriander Seeds powder br 14 Cup Oil br Salt to taste br 4 Cups Water br For Marination: Paste of Coriander, Ginger & Garlic (12 Cup) br For Gravy: Paste of Grated Dry coconut, Grated Coconut, Shahjeera, Cinnamon, Cloves, Black Pepper, Sesame Seeds, Khaskhas, Cashews & Coriander Seeds (1 Cup) br br Method: br br - Coat the chicken with the above given paste and salt & let it marinate for about 15 to 20 mins. br - In a pan, add oil. Then add tomato & the gravy paste. Mix everything well. br - Add water and again mix everything well. br - Then add kashmiri red chilli powder, mix masala & coriander seeds powder.
