In yesterday's elections in the Spanish region of Andalusia, the ruling Socialists were voted back into office, followed by the conservative People's Party of Prime Minister Mariano Rajoy, which nevertheless sustained major losses. The new anti-austerity left-wing party Podemos came in third.
