Bhuj: In blatant violation of rules, Asfak I. Soneji, the engineer approved illegal constructions putting people's lives at risk. The officials of Bhuj Area Development Authority (BHADA) are upset over engineer's act. The engineer used BHADA stamp and permitted illegal housing for his own interest and profit leaving question mark on it's credibility.
