President Nicolas Maduro expects to deliver the petition with 10 million signatures to President Barack Obama at the Summit of the Americas on April 10 in Panama City. UNASUR, ALBA, CELAC and OAS are among the regional bodies that have declared their support for Venezuela in the face of Washington's aggression.
