I found Texas Toast Bread at my local supermarket and using this French Toast comes out just like the restaurant. br br Ingredients: br 4 slices texas toast br 2 eggs br 14 cup milk br 14 cup orange juice br 1 tspn salt br 3 tspn sugar br 1 tspn cinnamon br 1 tspn vanilla br 1 12 tblspn butter br br Directions: br br Light toast your bread slices and set aside. br br Heat up your griddle on medium light on stove top. br br In a medium bowl add your eggs, milk, orange juice, salt, sugar, cinnamon and vanilla. Beat and whip together. br br Pour custard into a flat dish for dipping. br br Add butter to your hot griddle, adjust temp to maintain medium heat. br br Dip your toast into custard covering both sides. br br Place dipped toast on hot griddle br br Cook french toast on one side for 3 – 4 min. Flip and cook on other side another 3 – 4 min.
