Monday -- Yellow Smoothie br ½ cup pineapple juice br ½ cup Greek yogurt br ½ cup frozen pineapple, diced br ½ cup frozen mango br 1 banana, chopped br 1 tsp grated ginger br br for more fruit smoothies www.fruitsmoothies.net br br Tuesday -- Orange Smoothie br ¼ cup orange juice br ½ cup vanilla Greek yogurt br 1 small orange, peeled and frozen br ½ peach, peeled and diced br 1 carrot, grated br br Wednesday -- Red Smoothie br ¼ cup almond milk br ½ cup Greek yogurt br ½ cup frozen raspberries br ½ cup frozen strawberries br ½ cup frozen watermelon br br Thursday -- Purple Smoothie br ½ cup pomegranate juice br ½ vanilla Greek yogurt br ½ cup frozen blackberries br ½ cup frozen blueberries br ¼ cup cherries, pitted br br Friday -- Green Smoothie br ½ cup orange juice br ½ vanilla Greek yogurt br ½ avocado, peeled br 2 kiwis, peeled br 1 handful of baby spinach br br Add liquid to the blender first. br Add remaining ingredients. br Blend well. br Store in the refrigerator for up to three days.
