Oftentimes, April Fools' day pranks can go horribly wrong. A woman in Scotland had come with a decent trick, but unfortunately for her, the intended target ended up turning the tables.
Hayleigh McBay thought it would be funny to send her boyfriend a phony break-up message on WhatsApp. She waited until a little after midnight to send the text, hoping it would be less obvious that it was an April Fool's Day prank.
The first message said, "I don't want to be with you anymore," which was followed by, "I'm not happy." His response was blunt and, to McBay, completely unexpected.
