U.S. President Barack Obama said on Saturday that a newly negotiated framework for a nuclear pact with Iran was a good deal in which Washington's long time foe would not be able to build a nuclear weapon. He is seeking support for a diplomatic breakthrough although many in Congress oppose the pact.
