Surat: In total 58 of 22,000 voters in Surat cast their votes to elect new management committee of Vadtal Swaminarayan temple in Vadtal near Nadiad amid very heavy police bandobast. The voting was held in four Swaminarayan temples at Rampura, opposite Dharukawala College in Varacha, Ved road and at Katargam.
