Patan: Police has arrested two for abducting a monk of Swaminarayan sect from a temple in Siddhpur town of the district. Reportedly, the gang of eight demanded ransom but since monk did not have money at hand, they forced him to sign on the cheque of Rs.1.50 crore. Police has started investigation to nab the rest six accused.
