After coming home to discover workers had improperly laid concrete in his yard, 66-year-old Stephen Docherty became enraged. br br The Kawerau, New Zealand man demanded to speak to the supervisor, threatening twice to "rip the man's balls off," before he arrived. br br Unfortunately for the contractor, Docherty is a man of his word. He then took a hook nearly six inches long and rammed it through the contractors pants and into his scrotum. br br The victim required surgery for the tear in his groin but is expected to recover.br br Docherty appeared in court Tuesday telling police he had simply lost control.
