New York police say 19-year-old Charles Tan, a sophomore at Cornell University, used a shotgun to fire multiple shots at his father on Monday night, killing him. br br The shots hit 49-year-old Ling Tan in the neck, chest, arm and face.br br Mr. Ling Tan had worked for Eastman Kodak in New York for 20 years before becoming the CEO and President of Dynamax Industries a company that specializes in image sensors. br br Following the shootings, Charles' mom frantically called 911 and then the two allegedly waited on the outside porch for the cops to arrive. br br Police spent the next day searching for evidence and even used torches to melt snow in the home's driveway as they looked for any clue as to what had prompted the shooting. br br On Tuesday, February 10th, Charles Tan was arraigned on second-degree murder charges and is being held without bail at the Monroe County Jail.br br ----------------------------------------­---------------------br br Welcome to TomoNews, where we animate the most entertaining news on the internets.
