Justine King, 33, faces a slew of charges, including DUI, after allegedly refusing to put her pants on following a car crash just outside Pittsburgh last September, according to a report by The Smoking Gun.

When Joseph Stanga approached King’s after it crashed into another car at an intersection around 11 p.m., the officer was no doubt shocked to find a woman, naked from the waist down, sitting atop an empty whiskey bottle.

When the officer told King she’d hit another vehicle, she denied any responsibility and refused to get out of her car, apparently using her pantlessness as an excuse.

After dragging King out of her car, Officer Stanga noticed her clothes were under the driver’s side pedals and asked for her to put them on, but she again refused.

Extremely inebriated and belligerent, Officer Stanga was forced to handcuff the half-naked woman and take her to Heritage Valley Beaver Hospital.

The officer called ahead of time to requested a hospital gown for King to wear once they arrived.

King sitting in the police cruiser, waited for Officer Stanga to go inside the hospital and retrieve a gown and took his absence as opportunity to kick out the back window frame from his patrol vehicle.

Once inside the hospital, King refused to take a blood alcohol test as well put on her gown, according to Latest.com.

Beaver County police have charged King with driving drunk, resisting arrest, public lewdness, reckless driving and disorderly conduct.

King is due in district court on February 20th for arraignment charges.
