In New Taipei City, a man was arrested for shooting at his elderly female neighbor in the middle of the night.br br Mr. Lin, age 38, spent many sleepless nights in his own apartment because the grandmother who lived across the way often did her laundry in the middle of the night. He also complained that the 70 year old woman coughed loudly and incessantly all throughout the night.br br He spoke with the grandmother about her night time activities and she allegedly fired back that he was too sensitive. She said no one else had complained about it.br br So last month Mr. Lin bought an air gun and 50 metal pellets online. Then, one night, he fired 4 warning shots at her window in the middle of the night.
