On Wednesday, Hong Kong police and authorities began to clear the protest site occupied for 2 months by the pro-democracy Umbrella Movement.br br They also arrested the unofficial leaders of the protest, Joshua Wong and Lester Shum, as well as 80 other protesters who refused to leave.
