Zeta Busters is a well crafted Anime-inspired game that pits your elite team of Zeta Busters against various robotic foe in isometric turn based combat. br br You control a crack squad of Zeta Busters, four warriors who are out to stop Dr. Bellbotula’s evil plans, and defeat his army of Zeta’s. Combat is similar to X-Com, with movement and action stages, but each character has access to a selection of disk which grant them timing based special attacks. Crucially for a turn based tactics game, it’s easy to pick up and play but also packs plenty of tactical depth. br br Created by students from Vancouver Film School, Zeta Busters is a fun and very well polished experience, reminiscent of X-Com, but with more cheery cartoon animation and a card-style tactics.
