Learn the easy & quick vegetarian recipe from our chef Archana! br br br Ingredients: br br 250 gms Chana Dal, soaked in water for 2 hours br 1 Raw Mango, grated br 1 tsp Mustard Seeds br 14th tsp Turmeric Powder br 2 - 3 Green Chillies br Curry Leaves br Coriander Leaves br 1 tsp Sugar br Salt to taste br 2 tsp Oil br br साहित्य: br br २५० gms चणा डाळ, २ तास पाण्यात भिजवून ठेवणे br १ कैरी, किसून br १ tsp मोहरी br १४ tsp हळद br २ ते ३ हिरव्या मिरच्या br काढीपत्ता br कोथिंबीर br १ tsp साखर br मीठ br २ tsp तेल br Method: br br - In a mixer, add the soaked chana dal, green chillies and curry leaves. Grind everything to a coarse paste. Add little water if required. br - Transfer the chana dal paste into a bowl. br - Add grated raw mango, coriander leaves, salt & sugar to the chana dal paste. Mix everything well. br - For tempering, heat some oil. Once the oil is hot add mustard seeds, curry leaves & turmeric powder. br - Add the tempering to the chana dal mixture and mix everything well. br - Ambe Dal is ready to serve!
