Lean Body Sweet and Spicy Shredded Pork Recipe br Ingredients: br 1 medium onion br 2 cloves of garlic br 3 lbs of pork tenderloin br 3 TBSP Brown Sugar br 1 TBSP Paprika br 1 TBSP Chili Powder br 14 Teaspoon Cinnamon br 12 Teaspoon of Cumin br 6 TBSP Apple Cider Vinegar br 1 cup of Chicken Broth br br Directions: br Slice the onion and layer it on the bottom of the slow cooker, add the garlic. Mix the seasonings together in a bowl (brown sugar, paprika, chili powder, cinnamon, and cumin), dry the pork off with some paper towels and rub your spice mixture all over the pork. Place the pork on top of the onionsgarlic. Poor in the apple cider vinegar and chicken broth. Cook on high for 4-5 hours or on low 8-10 hours. br br This recipe makes 12 4oz servings.
