Chinese Burger Chain Uncle Sam's is coming to the US. Its first venture in this very competitive market will be a 5600 square foot restaurant that will open its doors in just a few weeks on 5th avenue in New York City.  The creative force behind this venture comes from James Beard Award winner American chef,  Bradford Thompson.
