A 36-year-old man from Hokkaido, northern Japan was arrested after stalking a woman on the street and urinating on her back.br br The suspect with a weird peeing fetish ran into the 30-year-old victim on the street just before midnight on August 18th and began to stalk her. While she was waiting at a crossing, he began to pee on her back . The shocked woman immediately called the police, who rushed to the scene and arrested the sicko. br br The suspect admitted the offence.
