18-year-old Lisa Kepler and her boyfriend, Jeremy Lake were walking back to his house on Tuesday night, when Lisa’s dad arrived with intent to kill. Lisa and 19-year-old Jeremy had been dating and living together for one week, since she was kicked out by her parents, Shannon and Gina Kepler, both officers in the Tulsa Police Department. br br The young couple and several friends were walking back from Guthrie Green when her father pulled up in a black Chevy Suburban and got out. Upon seeing Lisa, her father Shannon demanded “Why are you here?!” and began arguing with Jeremy.br br When Jeremy identified himself as Lisa’s boyfriend, Shannon shot him several times. He then fired toward his own daughter, and grazing Jeremy’s little brother. Jeremy’s friend Josh Mills, tried to save his life but the teen died in his arms. br br Lisa Kepler identified her father as the shooter. He turned himself in and has been charged with first-degree murder.
