A Mexico City man died last week after accidentally shooting himself in the head while taking a selfie with a handgun, police say. br br In a fit of alcohol-induced vanity, Oscar Otero Aguilar reportedly began taking photos he intended to post onto Facebook, but apparently in search of the perfect selfie, Aguilar grabbed hold of a .45 caliber pistol.
