A central Japanese government officer is facing sexual harassment charges after he allegedly groped a woman's backside on a bus heading to downtown Kobe. br br The suspect, identified as Ii-o Kouichirou, 55, is a deputy section officer at the International Economic Affairs Division in Hyogo Prefecture. br br On April 16 at around 2 p.m., the civil servant allegedly molested a 46-year-old female passenger by sticking three fingers through her seat on the public bus. br br He was caught red-handed by the woman and was turned in to police.br br A spokesman for the prefecture where Kouichirou works said the pervy official was on leave the day of the incident. No word on whether he's since been relieved of his duties, though.
