Originally published on October 7, 2013br br At least 19 people were killed on Sunday in the Peruvian Andes when a bus br went off the highway and plunged around 100m into a ravine, police said.br br The bus, en route from Lima to Acombamba went off the road in the Huancavelica region in southern Peru.br br According to local press reports the Antezana company bus crashed through a barrier early on Sunday morning near the town of Carhuaranja.br br Local radio stations reported that two children were among those killed.
