Gandhinagar: CID arrested Sanjay Gupta, an ex-IAS officer and former executive chairman of the state-owned Metrolink Express for Gandhinagar and Ahmedabad (MEGA), for his alleged involvement in a multi-crore scam of Rs.113.22 lakh.
