Lebanon marks one year without a president

pIn Lebanon, the president's chair has now sat empty for a full year. Electoral rules state that the head of state must come from the Maronite Christian sect, but this isn't what's holding up the appointment. Infighting, factional disputes and external factors all play a role. But as Marine Pradel and Sofia Amara report, not having a president isn't necessarily a problem for the Lebanese themselves.
