Each episode of Cooking at 65mph features a touring musician cooking their signature dish that they prepare while on tour. In this episode, the rock band, First Decree, prepares some fish tacos, on their RV, while on tour with Alien Ant Farm and Hed PE. br br Join to our EMAIL LIST at br Buy our MERCHANDISE at br SUPPORT our channel to keep it going at br br Equipment: br Stove or electric burner br Knife br Spoon br Tongs br Skillet br br Ingredients: br Tilapia - 1 fillet br Vegetable oil - 1-2 tablespoons br Lemon pepper - to taste br Garlic powder - to taste br Black pepper - to taste br Cayenne pepper - to taste br Flour tortillas - 2 br Cheese - 12 cup br Sour cream - 2 tablespoons br Salsa - 3 tablespoons br Lime - 1 br br Cooking Directions (demonstrated in the video): br 1. Spray or coat your skillet with vegetable oil. br 2. Turn on the stove to preheat your skillet br 3. Place your fish onto the skillet. br 4. Coat the top half of the fish with all of your garlic powder, black pepper, lemon pepper and cayenne pepper, to taste. br 5. Flip the fish when the side being cooked is brown and flaky. br 6. Cook the other side of the fish until it is brown and flaky. br 7. Clean off skillet. br 8. Heat up your tortillas on the skillet, until they are to your liking. br 9. Cut up your fish and place half of the fillet onto each tortilla. br 10. Add your cheese, sour cream and salsa evenly onto both tacos. br 11. Cut your lime in half and squeeze a half onto each taco. br 12.
