Sabarkantha: In an open ruffianism, Mamlatdar started thrashing bikers on road just because his car was stuck due to traffic jam. It also came to light that he was coming from the wrong side of the road. The video went viral on social networking sites. Now, legal action is awaited against the Mamlatdar who misused his power.
