Surat: Four men were held with 108 kg of cannabis (ganja) from a train halted between Uttran and Surat station. The four men were travelling in Visakhapatnam-Gandhidham Express. After the train left Surat station, they pulled the chain while crossing Tapi Bridge to unload cartons containing ganja. However, they were intercepted by Railway Police Force officials and arrested.
