MANILA, Philippines -- The members of the Transition Commission (TransCom) of the Philippine government and the Moro Islamic Liberation Front (MILF) are hopeful that the three remaining annexes of the framework peace agreement on the Bangsamoro will be signed before the May 13 polls.
