The 37th round of the Colombian peace talks just concluded in Havana. The government and the Revolutionary Armed Forces of Colombia agreed to the creation of a Truth Commission. The different forces that participated in the civil war baring responsibility for their role in the conflict and its victims has become a pressing need. Furthermore, the clarification of the truth of what occurred in the five-decade long struggle is a starting point for reconciliation to proceed. Natalia Margarita reports from Bogota.
