Learn how to make Fattoush, a quick and healthy and nutritious salad recipe by Ruchi Bharani. br br Packed with goodness of vegetables, freshness and amazing flavor, Fattoush is a famous Mediterranean salad with a juicy and crunchy mix of herbs, colorful veggies, toasted pita bread and lemony vinaigrette. br br Ingredients: br br 12 Green Capsicum br 12 Red Capsicum br 12 Yellow Capsicum br 1 Onion br 1 Cucumber br 2 Tbsp Parsley br 2 Tbsp Mint Leaves br Few Lettuce Leaves br Toasted Pita Bread br br For Dressing - br 1 Lemon Juice br 1 Tsp Garlic Paste br 1 Tsp Powdered Sugar br 1 Tbsp Sumac br 2 Tbsp Olive Oil br Salt to taste br br Method: br - Cut Pita bread in to small cubes and apply olive oil.
